Healthy Homes WOF Checklist & Compliance Report
The Healthy Rentals NZ team will complete a Healthy Homes WOF Checklist as they carry out the audit of your property. The checklist is based on the requirements of the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2017 which introduced Healthy Homes Standards.
